We are clearly shaped by all of our experiences. Reflecting on them is a journey that benefits all of use and an invaluable process to defining authentic leadership. Reporting the highlights of your life is not as impactful as genuinely reviving, reliving, reflecting, and uncovering the experiences that influenced who you are, as well as “why” you are and “how” you are.
