My personal mission includes “making a difference in what others feel, think, and do”.
My roles in leadership development over the past 30-plus years and across a variety of settings have provided me with opportunities to impact the effectiveness of individuals, leaders, teams, and organizations.
I am particularly passionate about and effective with leaders knocking on the door to the C-suite, or getting there and wondering now what do I do? I am also persistent about fully utilizing all the resources and capabilities available to them as a leader.
Clients who get the most value from me are those who recognize the privilege and responsibility of their roles and are open to partnering with someone.
I am patient in my push to get clients to think about their options. I focus on them owning their decisions, taking calculated risks, and putting in the effort to get results.
Ideally, we will both enjoy the journey.

I believe that a well-designed life is a mix of structure and serendipity…

I believe that a well-designed life is a mix of structure and serendipity. As the founder of JAD (Jes Anghelescu Design), I bring a unique perspective to the design world, blending a high-level business background with a lifelong love for the arts.
My path to design wasn’t just about aesthetics; it was built on a foundation of leadership and strategy. I have both an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and spent over 13 years navigating the complexities of talent acquisition and leadership development. This experience taught me how to truly listen, to understand people’s unspoken needs, and I now use that “human-first” approach to translate my clients’ visions into tangible, beautiful spaces.
When I am not refining a floor plan or managing a project, you’ll likely find me with a paintbrush in hand. Painting is my personal retreat, a space where I explore the colors and textures that often find their way into my design work.
However, my favorite roles are those of wife and mother. For me, home is the ultimate sanctuary, and I find inspiration in the simple rhythms of family life, quiet morning walks, sunshine-filled days at the beach, and the grounding energy of the outdoors. It is this appreciation for life’s “slow moments” that allow me to create spaces for my clients that feel less like showrooms and more like homes.

Over the past twenty-five years, I’ve had the privilege of working with hundreds of leaders across nearly every industry. Early in my career, I worked at a Fortune 50 company in several leadership development roles and eventually led the function. That experience gave me an inside view of how change actually happens: how strategies get executed, how teams work, where leaders get stuck, and what helps people make real progress amid daily demands.
It’s a joy, and in many ways a calling, to partner with leaders as they strengthen themselves and their teams. My approach is practical and evidence-based. I draw on psychological science to understand what’s really happening beneath the surface, then design solutions that fit the context and deliver the results that matter most. I work in lock-step with my clients throughout the process. My motto: Let’s win and win together.
Clients value that I’m results-focused, effective across a wide range of leadership styles, and steady and candid when the stakes are high. I pay close attention to the human side of performance—identity, motivation, and the inner experience leaders carry—so leaders can think clearly, stay grounded, and take decisive action under pressure. I’m energized by the space leadership development creates: deep reflection, real conversation, sharper thinking, and durable change that shows up in day-to-day leadership.

I am a systems-minded organizational development consultant who helps mission-driven organizations grow with intention, clarity, and care. I believe sustainable impact happens when strong systems and human experience are designed together, not in competition with one another.
My work focuses on supporting organizations as they scale, particularly during periods of growth, transition, or increasing complexity. I partner with leaders and teams to strengthen leadership capacity, align structures and processes, and translate insight into action. I am especially energized by helping organizations fully leverage the tools, talent, and resources already within reach while building the capabilities needed for what comes next.
My background in social work, organizational psychology, and business administration shapes how I approach this work. It allows me to attend closely to how culture, power, and lived experience influence whether systems are adopted, sustained, or resisted.
Clients who get the most value from working with me value reflection alongside momentum and see leadership as both a responsibility and an opportunity to create environments where people and organizations can thrive.

Leadership Psychology & Performance Consultant

My work is grounded in one core belief: insight is the first step to meaningful change.
I help individuals, leaders, and authors understand how they think, decide, create, and operate, so they can build a blueprint for growth that is aligned, sustainable, and genuinely their own.
I do not use one-size-fits-all models. My approach integrates leadership psychology, performance consulting, and coaching methodologies to identify each person’s natural strengths, internal barriers, and operating patterns. From there, we design strategies that work with who they are rather than against it. The goal is not to shape people into a predefined type of leader, professional, or creator – but to help them leverage who they already are with greater clarity, effectiveness, and integrity.
I work most often with professionals, emerging leaders, and authors navigating growth, transition, responsibility, or identity shifts, whether that shows up as leading others, leading ideas, or leading their own work. Clients who gain the most from working with me value self-awareness, ownership, and intentional development. My style is reflective and direct, creating space for honest insight while supporting clients in translating that clarity into real-world execution.
My role is not to provide formulas, but to help people build internal alignment and forward momentum so their leadership, performance, and creative output are not only effective, but personally anchored.

My work in leadership development is grounded in a simple belief: when people feel understood, supported, and challenged in the right ways, real growth happens.
With a background in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and experience across Human Resources, operations, and coaching, I bring both structure and heart to how I support individuals, leaders, and teams.
I am passionate about helping people better understand themselves and how they show up in their work, their leadership, and their relationships with others.
Whether I am facilitating DiSC workshops, coaching emerging leaders, or partnering with organizations on development initiatives, my focus is always on creating clarity, confidence, and connection. I believe leadership development should feel practical, human, and accessible. I am most energized by working with professionals who are open to reflection, growth, and honest conversation.
I enjoy coaching leaders who care not only about performance, but about the impact they have on others.
My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and deeply people-centered, with a commitment to helping individuals and organizations build cultures where both people and performance thrive.
